OUR HISTORY
Established in 1989, CEMI meant originally Market Research and Information Consultancy and our main goal, besides consultancy in those areas, was the carrying out of market research by means of a data collection method that was innovative at the time: computer assisted interviews (CAPI).
For many years, that was our main activity: we have been pioneers in the use of the Konsotronic system in exhibits, trade shows, seminars, bank branches and insurance companies, local councils, etc.
With the evolution of the markets, we have extended our activity to telemarketing, which is currently our core business. However, we still carry out market research on the basis of the traditional techniques.
We have a 80 workstation call center, equipped with a sophisticated technological infrastructure, hardware and software solutions that allow us to quickly respond to the demands.
Our telemarketing staff have the necessary flexibility to adapt to the specificities of each campaign. All the telemarketers are carefully selected and receive constant training since they are the ones that establish direct contact with the customer.
The experience acquired during these 15 years has been crucial for this change.
